I am so excited to announce our April Gather&Move event.
Join us for a gentle Postnatal Reformer Pilates class, followed by coffee and connection. Held at Maslow Wellness Studio, Kirk Hammerton on Monday 20th April. Choose from one of two sessions from 10.00-11.30pm or 11.30-1.00pm.
Babies are welcome to attend with you, as long as they’re not yet fully on the move.
Our event features:
A gentle, supportive 45 minute postnatal reformer Pilates session designed especially for mums easing back into movement after birth.
This beginner-friendly reformer session has been created especially for mums in the postnatal period. This is not about ‘bouncing back’, it’s about feeling stronger and more supported through early motherhood.
After the session you’re invited to stay for a relaxed 45 minute gathering - to enjoy a drink, relax and connect with other mums.
Held in a beautiful, rural wellness studio between York and Harrogate.
Small intimate group sizes of 6 - to keep the session relaxed and supportive.
You’re welcome to bring a baby bouncer, car seat or Moses basket - I will also be on hand to help with the little ones.
You’re welcome to join us once you’re 6 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks following a C-Section, having been signed off for exercise by your healthcare provider. If you’re unsure, please feel free to send us a message before booking.
(No previous experience of Pilates or reformer is required).
